Penny Lane School started at 8901 s. 52nd Avenue in the fall of 1988
with an enrollment of 25 students and three staff members. We have
expanded, moved and grown to serve more than 300 students with 80
staff members. We now have two separate locations with various
programs available to serve our families.

Our facility located at 4527 Southwest Highway in Oak Lawn is
licensed for 195 students and offers Infant/Toddler , Pre-school and
Kindergarten programs to our families. Our facility includes
self-contained classrooms, an indoor gym, hot meals served from our
kitchen, and an outdoor playground.

Our second center which is located at 10255 Ridgeland in Chicago
Ridge is licensed for 277 students and offers Infant/Toddler,
Pre-school, Kindergarten and a Before & After School age program.
This facility also includes self-contained classrooms, an indoor gym,
hot meals served from our kitchen, and a large outdoor playground
complete with a children's garden. In the Fall of 2007, the Chicago
Ridge location opened extended evening care hours until Midnight to
service families in need of later care.

Penny Lane is privately owned by Christine Bonczyk. Christine
Bonczyk is a fully qualified grammar and special education teacher who
taught every grade level during the past 20 years.
As a dedicated educator, she directs the primary focus at Penny Lane
toward high quality education within a supportive and nurturing
environment.
