State Subsidized Children
Welcome to Penny Lane School. The following guidelines pertain to State Subsidized Children.
-Approval must be received before a State Subsidized child may start or they may pay full tuition until
the approval is received.
-Children must be in attendance 80% of their eligible days each month. Failure to do so may lead to
disenrollment.
-Each family will be expected to make a weekly co-pay and the difference between the subsidized
daily rate and Penny Lane's regular daily tuition rate. This payment will be calculated for you
when we receive your approval.
-Each family is responsible for contacting Action for Children one month prior to their
expiration date and beginning the redetermination process. A new approval must be received
before the current one expires.
